The VaxTrack Associate position is an exciting opportunity to work for a large high-tech company based in Silicon Valley. You will work on a new program with a diverse group of team members to provide health screening services on-site at the entrance of a large corporate facility. Associates will work as part of the security services team to confirm all people entering the facility meet health and safety standards per client policies and local health regulations. This work includes checking vaccination records, test records, distributing health materials and asking health screening questions. The ideal Associate possesses a friendly, can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist in keeping the client's corporate offices safe and secure.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Ensure the safety of employees and visitors by checking vaccination records
• Distribute health materials including tests, protective equipment, learning materials, etc.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Work with a diverse, inclusive team and with other client service providers including the on-stie security services team
• Answer basic questions about policies and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage the health screening process for your assigned entrance location

• Ability and willingness to learn the policies and apply appropriately
• Ability to work flexible hours in a job-share environment
• Ability to sit or stand in the workspace for a prolonged time required
• Ability to learn and follow the outlined safety procedures and escalate diversions to management
• Clear verbal communication skills required
• Attention to detail, time management and professionalism required
• Reliable transportation to and from the office for all assigned shifts
• This position is assigned to a client that requires all individuals on-site to have the COVID-19 vaccination. The individual must be fully vaccinated before starting work at such a client site.
