USEUCOM GCCS COP Manager - TS/SCI Clearance required - Stuttgart, Germany

The USEUCOM COP Managers provide COP/CIP Management support for U.S. and Coalition networks. They are responsible for providing a 24x7 GCCS-J COP Management Watch Team at USEUCOM HQ to support the JOC, ECJ36, ECJ33, and deployed personnel abroad.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure all participants in the USEUCOM GCCS architecture comply with Joint Staff Unique Identifier (UID) standards.
  • Conduct turnover of items between off-going and oncoming shift personnel at each shift change.
  • Control COP CST channels and filters with Component commands and supporting C/S/As.
  • Coordinates any changes to operational shifts with RDBM to ensure the Red Track Data and intelligence records of interest are being captured/tracked.
  • Coordinates with the JIOCEUR to ensure intelligence data is meeting the CCIRs and PIRs
  • Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots all COP Sync Tools (CST) connections with higher, lower, and adjacent commands and agencies.
  • Maintains, monitors and troubleshoots data feeds with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) to keep coalition and partner nation COP data feed.
  • Troubleshoot and test connections on the GCCS FoS to ensure that all servers communicate and pass information between classified domains.



Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of GCCS-J I3 data reporting and integration capabilities.
  • Experience integrating and managing BFT/FFT devices into the COP.
  • Advanced knowledge of GCCS-J software and applications.
  • Good problem solving IT skills, test, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Operational experience with GCCS COP functionality and applications (ICSF, Agile Client, etc.) with emphasis on communications configuration, track data flow, and synchronization of the CIP/COP
  • Operational experience with GCCS FoS functionality and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Candidate must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements at the time of hire.
  • Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Position is 24/7/365
  • Must be able to obtain TESA



TESA requirements:

  • A bachelors degree plus three years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • An associates degree plus seven years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • A major certification plus seven years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • 11 years of recent specialized experience
