Deloitte is seeking problem solvers and operators ready to inform unique intelligence needs relating to threats against our financial system and national security interests. The Office of Intelligence Analysis (OIA) is a component of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's (Treasury) Office of Terrorism and financial Intelligence (TFI). TFI marshals the Department's intelligence and enforcement functions with the twin aims of safeguarding the financial system against illicit use and

combating rogue nations, terrorist facilitators, weapons of mass destruction (WMD) proliferators, money launderers, drug kingpins, and other national security threats.

Required Qualifications:

• Contractor shall research and identify counterintelligence issues and conduct a full range
• of analytical support to inquiries, risk assessments, collections, foreign travel, and other
• services in support of national security.
• Contractor shall research and identify counterintelligence threats and risks as they relate
• to Treasury and the U.S. government.
• Contractor shall research intelligence and insider threat information related to Treasury
• resources, information, systems, infrastructure, and personnel.
• Contractor shall research intelligence and all-source information related to
• counterintelligence and foreign intelligence entities.
• Contractor shall research intelligence and liaise with internal and external entities on
• counterintelligence reporting, collaboration, and operational support in light of national
• objectives.
• Contractor shall synthesize intelligence and all-source information pertaining to a range
• of counterintelligence risks and/or threats into written intelligence products.
• Contractor shall provide briefings on a range of counterintelligence topic areas including threat actors, critical technologies, geopolitical developments impacting interests.
