Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Engagement involves setting up managed services across application, infrastructure, network, and service desk. The scope of the work includes L1 and L2 support. This project is for a large distributor in the United States.
The Team
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management domain preferably in Manhattan WMOS application support.
- Should have experience in configuration and support of Manhattan WMS.
- Should have experience working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMS.
- Experience in providing L1 &L2 support of Manhattan WMOS application running in Client's distribution Centers.
- Experience working with SQL and any Ticket system.
- Should proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues.
- Should be able to guide the offshore team to address critical complex production issues.
- Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents.
- Experience supporting products in production using observability and alerting.
- Basic domain knowledge in Supply Chain space.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service -oriented environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Previous experience on working in onsite and offshore coordination
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
