The Unemployment Charge Coordinator is a versatile and key member of the operational team at our Rochester location. This team member is supporting mailroom leadership in order to help in creating a more efficient operation.

What you'll do

• Ensuring mail room staff are adhering to process and procedures to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in the coordination of daily work.
• Determine schedule of duties for staff daily as needed. Determine if there is overflow and handle or delegate job tasks.
• Covering desks for scheduled & unscheduled absences as well as overflow
• Creating and maintaining procedures for job tasks
• Updating and maintaining accuracy of EdgeWise instructions for proper handling.

What experience you need

• Minimum of 6 months in mail services and or data entry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
