Title: Revenue Operations (“RevOps”) summer associate

Position type: Temporary; Part-time (20 hours per week) – with possibility for expanded hours depending on business needs and individual preference

Location: Dallas/Remote

Reports to: Sr. Manager of Growth Planning & Analysis

Compensation type: Hourly

Job summary

The Transaction RevOps Summer Associate will be responsible for supporting LTK’s transaction revenue business and will play a critical role in the rapid growth of LTK. The role will focus on foundational tasks for the improved monitoring of the many sources and stakeholders at work in the tracking and recognition of transaction revenue. Specifically, this will include identifying breakages in different transaction revenue flows, establishing and enhancing resolution processes, and communicating with internal stakeholders on detected issues. The associate will gather information from multiple sources (emails, data dashboards, tickets). They will be responsible not only for monitoring and responding to all information, but will also be expected to improve the way that the information is captured and filtered. The associate will interact regularly with Product, Sales, and Analytics leadership within the organization. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, problem-solver that communicates clearly and works well both independently and in a team setting.

This role is a temporary position, but a full-time opportunity may become available after a few months and depending on business needs and individual performance and goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor information sources (email inbox, performance dashboards, error logs) that contain reporting on potential issues
  • Prioritize discovered issues and communicate them internally to responsible team members
  • Work on projects to design and document processes to optimize the monitoring, filtering, and reviewing of key information, as well as organize the way we capture information and pursue opportunities
  • Review potential new brands to join our platform and participate in the brand onboarding process 
  • Document and analyze existing brands on our platform to help us better understand brand quality (“Brand Health Check”)


  • Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office / gSuite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word or gSuite equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to improve problem solving skills
  • Experience with BI tools, like Amplitude or Periscope (preferred, not required)
  • Experience working across multiple departments and being comfortable in remote working environments (role will be primarily remote, with opportunities for in-person interaction depending on preference and location)
  • Prior experience in retail or B2C businesses is a plus (preferred, not required)
