As the company continues to grow, we are now looking for a Training Specialist to support our clients and our growing team!
Who You Are:

• Professional trainer with a passion for learning and enablement both inside and outside of the classroom
• Believes that training involves more than just delivering great content and an excellent experience
• Have an ability to leave student with curiosity to continue their learning journey
• Focus on enabling our customers, partners, and our own team on how to get the most out of our product through high-value learning experiences
• Expert in planning, delivering and executing hybrid learning both in a classroom setting and remotely
• Ensure global alignment with curriculum to drive effectiveness and contribute to the overall growth and quality of training services

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for customers, partners, and employees that explore the company's solutions and build appropriate competencies
• Ensure that learning experiences and program execution is of high quality, engaging, impactful, and continuously improving
• Edit course materials including group projects, labs, review exercises and assessments as guided by leadership and participant feedback
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and employees to identify and respond to challenges, trends, emerging technology, and best practices
• Evaluate effectiveness and provide guidance relative to the learning environment, training programs, and curriculum
• Refine and maintain courses and curriculum based on insight from course conduct, peers, leadership, and professional network
• Ensure that the training environment supports participants' needs and active learning
• Gain and maintain product subject expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in executing engaging learning experiences
• Demonstrates a lively and genuine interest in educating others; regularly approaches teaching with energy and enthusiasm
• Speak and write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
• Demonstrate flexibility, excellent team player skills, and strong rapport-building skills
• Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
• Experience teaching technical material in a classroom, conference and remote settings
• Self-confident and able to engage and manage learning audience effectively
• Market intelligence - be the expert on our users, who they are, how they use M-Files
• Experience or education in change management
• Manage situations or information easily and quickly with limited direction or training
• Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to drive projects to completion
• Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Exceptional customer management skills
