The Training Ambassador has ownership of all documentation and processes for the assigned department and leverages a passion for people development by delivering training to new hires and team members while constantly focused on operational efficiency.

- Track all SOPs from creation to implementation including management review and expiration.
- Train and coach department staff to ensure operational compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring seamless rollouts of all new processes and updates--partnering to create the needed SOP’s and deliver the training to the team.
- Maintain and organize all documents and training materials in the company’s digital recordkeeping system.
- Gather and evaluate information from observations to identify strengths and opportunities of the assigned department.
- Provide regular communication to the leadership teams observations, updates to operating procedures, and other relevant information.
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Prior experience in a training, designated trainer, or education role.
- Knowledge of cannabis production, manufacturing, or operations.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to conduct training using effective training techniques.
- Proven oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees/customers.
- Are self-motivated; micro-managing isn’t fun for anyone
