The Training Ambassador has ownership of all documentation and processes for the assigned department and leverages a passion for people development by delivering training to new hires and team members while constantly focused on operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Track all SOPs from creation to implementation including management review and expiration.
  • Train and coach department staff to ensure operational compliance.
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless rollouts of all new processes and updates--partnering to create the needed SOP’s and deliver the training to the team.
  • Maintain and organize all documents and training materials in the company’s digital recordkeeping system.
  • Gather and evaluate information from observations to identify strengths and opportunities of the assigned department.
  • Provide regular communication to the leadership teams observations, updates to operating procedures, and other relevant information.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a training, designated trainer, or education role.
  • Knowledge of cannabis production, manufacturing, or operations.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to conduct training using effective training techniques.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees/customers.
