Traffic Coordinator - Philadelphia
Responsibilities
Responsibilities Accurate assignment of commercial copy for WCAU Local.
Work closely with Account Managers/Customer Service Representatives regarding missing materials
Maintain accurate files of all current traffic instructions
Have sales management view any Political and Issue commercials prior to air
Create and schedule program formats (secondary back up)
Perform log editing functions as needed. This includes ensuring commercials are scheduled in the appropriate time slot and master control has the necessary files for playout.
Maintain proper format templates for all programs
Work closely with Inventory Control Manager and Sales Ops Specialists Identifying issues with orders and programming
Post log reconciliation (secondary back up to primary)
