Trade Show Specialist
Overview:
This position supports trade show operations by shipping requested products and materials in a timely manner. Operates a variety of powered industrial equipment. Works with Trade Show Coordinator to set-up and teardown booth. Overnight travel required.
Responsibilities:
Trade Show Coordination
- Reviews order paperwork - pulls materials from stock and packages according to specifications.
- Transfers materials to various locations in the facility.
- Works with shipping staff to accurately prepare shipping documents.
- Follows up after trade shows to ensure items are returned - documents and stocks returned materials.
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to supervisor.
- Optimize processes and procedures which enables the team to be more productive and effective
- Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Equipment Operation
- Operates a variety of powered industrial equipment. Performs safety checks prior to use. Reports machine problems to supervisor. Charges industrial truck batteries as needed.
- Operates company or own vehicle to pick up materials from Ohio distribution center. Observes local traffic regulations and follows safe driving practices. Maintains a valid driver license. Able to operate a motor vehicle safely

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 70 pounds and operate a pallet jack, forklift, order picker and Drexel.
- Maintains a valid driver license and observes all traffic regulations.
- Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Work involves exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and hot/cold temperatures
- Familiar with company products and part numbering systems.
