Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Lead selection process for student drivers to enter Top Gun program. Train, coach, and develop assigned facilitators.
  • Coordinate and assess Top Gun driver process, provide performance coaching to the new driver. Gather sufficient information from available resources (assessments, academy leadership, etc.) to make the ultimate decision on when or if driver is prepared to upgrade to mentor.
  • Build meaningful relationships of trust with a Top Gun drivers, providing outstanding support to them throughout the duration of their training.
  • Interview and approve selection of candidates to attend the Top Gun program.
  • Ensure cost effective approach to location assignment of Top Gun candidates.
  • Ensure that training materials are delivered in a timely fashion to each Top Gun location.
  • Ensure all drivers meet DOT and Top Gun requirements to attend the academy
  • Identify and recommend ongoing and/or new training and ensure content is in alignment with KNX business needs.
  • Monitor student progress throughout duration of training and provide coaching and developmental feedback to instructors as well as students.
  • Assist with any student escalated issues.
  • Create and maintain metrics for assigned locations, including adhoc reporting.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
  • 2 plus years' experience in human resources and/or customer service and/or operations required.
  • Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Report generation
  • Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
  • Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies
  • Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful
