Job Description

Position Title: Tech Lead (Salesforce/CLM)
Contract Duration: Initial contract around 8 months, will more than likely either extend on this project or will be moved to another Conga engagement. The CLM/CPQ part of the business is growing tremendously.
Start Date: 2-3 weeks from offer accepted
Remote: 100% remote (ideally someone in PST time zone or must be willing to work those hours)
Hours: MUST work PST Hours

Reason for the need? Client is going through a tech transformation and an implementation of CLM is one

Must Have Skills

Conga (Conga formerly known as Apptus and can be on resumes as either Conga or Apptus):

• Tech Lead Experience
  • Has led Dev teams (will lead 1 team on this project)
• Strong Architect & Development experience
  • with Salesforce & CLM
• Must have done at least a few implementations of Conga CLM (formerly known as apptus)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience
  • Apex development experience
  • The CLM product operates on a SF platform and integrates with it via APEX
• Agile Experience
  • Mostly agile environment, but like most company there is some waterfall
• Strong consulting & communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with client and offshore teams in a remote environment

Plus

• Highly prefer if Conga certified (CLM or CPQ)
• CPQ experience is highly desired
