Description and Requirements
ThinkAgile/Premier Support Engineer
Isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering and software engineering. Assist in the customer installation and training process. Provide support to customers and users for highly technical or sophisticated products. Participate in the on-call rotation cycle to address critical customer issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3 or more years of relevant experience
1. Microsoft Server Operating System troubleshooting and log / data analysis;
2. VMware Operating System and Hyperconverged troubleshooting and log / data analysis;
3. Red Hat Operating System troubleshooting and log / data analysis;
4. SUSE Operating System troubleshooting and log / data analysis.
