Job Description

In Motorola Solutions Brazil we're looking for a Field Technician, someone who has experience working with infrastructure of radio communication equipment:

Post-sale installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems.
Management of customer service maintenance needs, covering several integrated products in a single system configuration.
Executes the hardware and software installations of the system based on the project, in addition to managing the needs of customer service by means of the maintenance of the system.
Mainly focused on APCO25, DMR and DIMETRA
Basic network familiarity for or support of Centracom consoles, data sets and CAT 911 products.
Trunked and voting systems for various locations, data networks and dispatch centers.
Provides the main contact point for 2 to 10 client locations, as an infrastructure backup for other technologists.

Basic Requirements

Technical Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications completed or related areas (CREA
required);
5 years experience in technical support and implementation of systems in the RF area (mandatory);
5 years experience in APCO25, DMR and DIMETRA Technologies (mandatory);
Knowledge in Telecom Infrastructure, Electrical, RF, tower and structured cabling;
Knowledge in Telecom networks (desirable CCNA or equivalent knowledge); Configuration of operating systems
(Unix, Linux and Windows Server) and Installation and Maintenance of Servers;
Experience working on towers (NR35);
ITIL certification
Availability for travels 70%
