Clinical Applications Support - Technology Service Advisor

This role will be responsible for working on a production support team within a dynamic and fast paced environment supporting primarily our MHK (MedHOK) application. The individual in this role should have a varied background and can perform support taking into consideration desktop, network, security, vendor management/coordination and user considerations (as well as everything in between).

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, ticket triaging / completion, issue analysis and resolution
• Establishes, maintain and follow processes and procedures for operational support
• Collaborates closely with production support, development team members and vendor(s) to successfully manage day to day support of applications under the team's purview
• Assists in managing User Interfaces, backend data and all associated reports and database jobs
• Helps resolve escalated outages by initiating bridge calls, noting key points of discussion and tracking resulting action items
• Will oversee production deployments and provide system checkout once deployment is complete
• Sets up and perform monitoring of critical vendor application health
• Supports technology management in the creation and monitoring of service standards and development efforts with the client/business area
• Perform occasional off hours/on call work

Required Experience / Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Help Desk, Business or Systems Analyst experience
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Solid verbal and written communication with a focus on delivering superior customer service to all internal and external organizational levels
• Highly responsive and organized individual, who can quickly jump on issues as they arise
• Experience with T-SQL and SSRS

Desired Experience / Qualifications:
• Understanding of Healthcare, Medicare and/or Medicaid industries
• Experience with MHK, Service Now, SharePoint, SSRS, MS Suite
• Experience with file exchange processes and print/mail fulfillment vendors

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $86,800 - $144,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
