The team you'll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
You will be working in the Classic Networks and Care (CNC) organization. The CNC organization is a critical group under Network Infrastructure / Fixed Networks that focuses on supporting products that are beyond thier prime. Customers still require the support and we play a critical role supporting these products for our customers.
What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
- Providing Remote Technical Support to Customers
- Learning new products coming to CNC, like ISAM 7342
- Learning new tools, finding innovative ways to support our customers.
- Working as a member of the team providing 24x7 support to our customers, rotating off hours on-call schedule
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Must have experience in Telecommunications either R&D, Supplier or Customer Technical support or other related experience.
- Must have experience in legacy Alcatel products like 5070SSG or Megahub 600E or Infusion STP
- Must have good communications skills, both written and verbal.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Litespan 2000/2012 knowledge
- ISAM 7342 or other ISAM product
