We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer for DoctorLogic customer websites and tools. This role would be responsible for managing, prioritizing, estimating, and resolving technical support tickets in our systems using current coding standards and best practices.

This role is open to recent college graduates. We do expect some basic level of technical competence. Must be comfortable talking through technical implementation of anything you worked on in school, jobs, or side projects.

Overview of Duties:

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, identify and resolve support tickets for customer facing and in-house web applications in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prioritization and estimation of tickets in queue.
  • Communication with internal and external customers.
  • Documentation of resolutions.
  • As time permits, take on product development initiatives.


The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with the other engineers to make sure our customers receive a best in class experience with our applications. This is a Junior level position with potential to move to Full Stack Product Development Engineer.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve support tickets using HTML, CSS, JS, MSSQL, and .Net MVC Framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, Design, Engineering, QA and Infrastructure teams.
  • Work within a Kanban environment.
  • Estimation of time to complete tickets.
  • Prioritization of tickets in queue.
  • Stay current on technology and domain trends, frameworks and cutting-edge technology..


Education, Experience:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent awesomeness

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in .NET Web Application development (Azure experience, middle-tier, or MSSQL experience a plus) or any other server side web development frameworks
  • Experience with any scripting languages (powershell, bash, python, etc)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Experience with React and other JS frameworks
  • Experience with Git source control
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum working environment
  • Experience with SEO
