Technical Support Analyst

Our Technical Support Analysts are responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of all desktop related hardware and software within the organization. This customer-oriented position provides direct support for all desktop related issues called into the Helpdesk and routed by PC support dispatch.

Our Technical Support Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of all desktop related hardware and software within the organization. This customer-oriented position provides direct support for all desktop related issues called into the Helpdesk and routed by PC support dispatch.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years experience or comparable training in the configuration, installation, and support of workstation hardware and network connect peripherals required.
* High school education or equivalent required.
* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent combination of education/experience combined in the areas of PC support, administration, and LAN Engineering (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written required.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Active Directory administration and/or SCCM System Administrator experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS preferred.
