Technical Services Representative
Job Description
Jacobs is in search of a Technical Services Representative. The ideal candidate will have initiative and an ability to prioritize. Below are a list of the primary responsibilities and tasks:
BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the daily Maintenance activitie
• Coordinate the daily activities of PMUSA funded projects as required
• Generate and close out work orders for customer service calls, vendors and PMUSA
• Communicate on daily basis with Facility Management on the status of all activities being conducted
• Act as the Primary Maintenance POC for PMUSA Facility Management
• Validate the quality of the work of subcontractor
• Ensure all work is documented in the CMMS
• Have a technical understanding of the systems and impacts of those systems to the facilitie
• Perform periodic routine visual facility inspections
• Provide on-call emergency response
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years' relative experience regarding facilities maintenance at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
- Experience with Computer Based Maintenance Databases Programs (CMMS)
- Supervisory experience
- Skill in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
- Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
