Location: This role is a Remote opportunity in the United States
Your Impact
This post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role with primary duties to assist the customer to deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet solutions. The candidate maintains a professional attitude with a strong focus on the customer's total implementation experience.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
  • Identify and implement solutions within minimal assistance.
  • Flexibility to take on additional projects and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Aptitude to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates of Science in Information Technology Networking or equivalent combination of diplomas and work experience required.
  • 3+ Years of advanced computer network implementation including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Familiarity with data transfer concepts WAN access types, local area networking, physical layer infrastructure, wireless technologies, access point networks and virtual private networking.
  • Experience implementing and deploying products in IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, layer 3, LAN, WAN, VPN.
  • Basic understanding of basic 12-volt electronics, basic wiring diagrams, DC circuit theory, possess mechanical dexterity and troubleshooting skills.
  • Install, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows-based operating system applications.
  • Able to perform job functions from any location.
  • Train customers and sub-contractors on the proper installation and use of the full suite of Axon Fleet's components and products.
  • Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriate customization.
  • Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
  • Customer coordination the pre-planning and execution of field commissioning tests.
  • Deliver timely and detailed project deployment reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science, Information Technology Engineering preferred.
