Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on our new “Connect” platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ’s data and insights to innovate and grow.

As a CPQ Program Manager, you will help drive forward the technical implementation of NielsenIQ’s new Quote to Cash implementation by honing user stories alongside business product owners according to Agile methodology, defining technical requirements, proposing configuration vs customization development needs, and coordinating directly with an Agile software development team.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the global Quote to Cash Architect to hone user stories provided by the business product ownership team

• Effectively translate user stories into technical requirements according to Agile methodology

• Identify configuration vs customization solutions

• Work directly with an Agile software development team to ensure technical requirements are understood and, once created, meet user acceptance criteria

We’re looking for people who have

• 2-3 years experience as a technical business analyst or software developer

• Experience with pricing or quote to cash software preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Apttus/Conga preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technology field

• Interest in working cross-regionally

• Familiarity with Agile software development process and methodology
