Technical Procurement Specialist
Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Technical Procurement Specialist to develop and deploy a communications solution and network for use cases planned for transition from a legacy network system. Support on the program mandates highly skilled expertise in multiple areas to enable and contribute to the successful delivery of this critical system. The new system will support users in a number of different capacities and varying degrees of complexity, and draws heavily on knowledge of client activities. Responsibilities include:
- Technical procurement and delivery of services and equipment
- Vendor engagement as needed to research or procure services and equipment
- Obtain quotes for equipment and services and provide quotes to management for review
- Ensure services are maintained as appropriate
- Engage with client internal offices on unique processes, procedures, and contracts
- Engage with other team members to ensure proper procurement invoicing and payments
- Ensuring procured items map to requirements in support of the project
- Monthly and/or weekly reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical capacity for the Intelligence Community
- Experience supporting technical procurement of goods and services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an active member of a cohesive and energetic team
- Self-starter who is able to work independently as needed to meet requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
