Job Description

Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
Our Company's enterprise collaboration services team is looking for a Scrum Master\\Technical Delivery Planner to coordinate and coach our Collaboration Services team to deliver an agile delivery framework for a large portfolio of products and services. The position will involve helping infrastructure teams learn how to apply the Scrum framework to delivering and managing solutions. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
The position will also assist technical teams with technical planning activities across the Collaboration services team. The Technical Delivery Planner is responsible for leading project teams to deliver solutions. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and systems lifecycle guidelines throughout project life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage each project's scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and weekly\\daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.


The focus technology areas this position will by: IP Telephony, Contact Centers, Video Technologies, Conference Room technologies, and On-Line meeting tools.
Qualifications:

  • Experience in a scrum master role.
  • Must possess superior strong interpersonal skills for communication with executive management coworkers, clients, suppliers, and outside vendors.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Must have experience with Cisco Telephony Solutions, On-Line Meeting Tools Microsoft Teams and Teams rooms , Video Conferencing Technologies, Conference Room technologies.
  • Must have experience with facilities projects.
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong people skills with managing combative and conflict resolution is a must.
  • Must have experience with managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
  • Assist teams with Systems lifecycle and risk assessments documentation.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Strong project management skills, organization skills, communication skills (both written and oral) and team leadership capabilities within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project estimating, planning and execution.
  • Proficient skills with full Microsoft suite.


Education:

  • High School Degree and Equivalent work experience.
