We're looking for a Technical Enablement Consultant as we continue to grow! You will be a trusted advisor to our new and existing customers as you help them develop their business applications. Being customer obsessed, you will act as a Quickbase consultant and guide customers through their application development. It is your responsibility to enable customers to manage, maintain, and develop Quickbase so they can utilize Quickbase as a platform. You will work with a variety of businesses and people across a wide variety of industries and professional levels. You will be an advocate for our customers and provide them with the appropriate avenues to express feedback and help register them for the appropriate product feature testing.
You will be tasked with using native Quickbase features to solve business problems and automate existing processes, so creativity and problem-solving skills are a must. You will need to be able to manage multiple customers, personalities, and priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Increase time to value: Accelerate successful adoption of Quickbase through time-bound customer engagements and identify success metrics to provide data driven insight to the value of Quickbase
- Enable Customers' Success: Through one-on-one coaching sessions, provide customers with the tools and resources they need to be successful with Quickbase.
- Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and become the customer's trusted adviser as you aim to create Quickbase champions
- Work for Shared Success: Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Customer Success teammates who will affect change across a diverse account base.
- Understand Enablement Services offerings and raise essential product issues.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Technologically inclined: Interest in learning and teaching new technology
- Flexibility for travel (approximately 20%)
