Technical Account Coordinator

Marketplaces – San Diego - Full Time


The Technical Account Coordinator (TAC) is focused primarily on process and service development for all service lines within the Tinuiti Marketplace offering (TAS). They work in concert with delivery teams and the Technical Account Specialist to prioritize & address pain points, inefficiencies, and service gaps through tool troubleshooting, monitoring the JIRA ticket queue, reporting improvements & automation. They are also responsible for all quality assurance (QA) of resources, while keeping them up-to-date and relevant. They will work with the Technical Account Specialist on receiving feedback, usage statistics, and business results from the client services team. Additionally, the TAC assists client department leadership in driving adoption of these resources to improve overall service quality and team efficiency.


Reports to:  Sr. Manager, Marketplace Support


Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to a positive client experience by working closely with the team to meet and achieve a client’s business objectives
  • Build, debug, edit, and troubleshoot tools and templates in Excel using VBA to increase accuracy and efficiency of the department
  • Build strong working relationships within the Marketplaces Department to guide project prioritization and provide visibility
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Tinuiti’s Marketplace offerings and best practices and seek opportunities to learn from the greater team
  • Seek opportunities to learn and master technical aspects of Amazon and emerging channels including gaining proficiency in new tools and technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant coursework in computer science, technical writing, analyst or statistics
  • Intermediate VBA experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Data visualization software experience, Google DataStudio a plus
  • An inquisitive mentality along with resourcefulness to be able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Basic R capabilities a plus
  • Digital advertising (Amazon/marketplaces, Google, Facebook) exposure a plus
  • JIRA, Salesforce or other ticketing system software experience a plus
