We're currently looking for a customer service-oriented, high achiever to join our Operations Team and support the Linq for Teams user base as a Teams Success Coordinator. You will be one of the first points of contact for Linq for Teams users. You'll be responsible for recommending solutions and guiding Teams users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, as you'll be operating in a cross functional environment between internal teams. This role centered around providing support both internally & externally to each one of our Linq for Teams users in order to make them successful.

What You'll Gain

You'll join a team of talented individuals who will provide you with hands-on mentorship on topics ranging from design to fulfillment procedures to communications strategy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively support Teams Success Managers and Director, who are both on-site and remote, with daily tasks, projects and reporting.
  • Utilize email, chat, and phone in communication with customers.
  • Collect customer feedback, and make suggestions for new features
  • Coordinate changes in individual Teams subscriptions
  • Troubleshoot and report issues raised by Linq for Teams customers
  • Act as a liaison between the Teams Directors and Managers and fulfillment
  • Develop an understanding of Teams customer's operations and uses for Linq
  • Exercise judgment to decide how best to handle app or product issues with the use


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with business partners and managing relationships
  • You possess the ability to multi-task and think on your feet to provide sound, quick solutions
  • Customer service mentality with a positive attitude!
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, team environment
  • This position is non-exempt from overtime for purposes of federal wage and hour laws

Nice To Haves
  • Support background is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with services such as Slack, Front, Notion, & various CRM tools
  • Strategy, product, and technical acumen and expertise


This is an in-office, full-time, salary position based in Birmingham, AL at Linq Headquarters.
