The Integration Solution team's function is to provide services needed to effectively operate and serve WWT's integration platform needs. This position is responsible for leading that team with a focus on the analysis, planning, management, maintenance and improvement of the team's service offerings. As the resource manager of the team your responsibilities will include but not be limited to hiring, training, career development and coaching of the team and individual team members. The right individual is someone who is passionate about leadership with excellent people skills. You must have good emotional intelligence and understand how to tailor your message to specific audiences in order to achieve desired outcome. Must be able to positively motivate team on organizational direction to expose not only short-term but long-term benefits. You will guide the team in the performance of various efforts and document results; administration and maintenance of local and remote systems and services; technical support and troubleshooting to users; works with product owner on capital budgeting and purchasing of hardware and software assets in support of these responsibilities, as well establishing and maintaining good working relationships with partner vendors and other WWT business units. Must have ability and motivation to expand technical knowledge and skills through a combination of formal training, self-directed training and on-the-job-experience. Typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage team resources as required to strive for operation excellence and quality of service
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Provide after-hours support for essential systems
  • Plan system maintenance
  • Work with other groups to provide technical support
  • Ensure systems availability and security
  • Work closely with team, Product Owners and teams' stakeholders to evaluate requirements, current processes and plan for continued improvement
  • Work with team to document current and new services and offerings
  • Work closely with architecture and operations to ensure strategic and operational alignment
  • Work with team to establish capacity planning and anticipate growth and performance needs
  • Work with stakeholders and other business units to understand evolving business needs
  • Focus on forming high trust relationships with key stakeholders for yourself and the team
  • Build and manage team of highly skilled professionals with focus on their development
  • Utilize data, KPI, and metrics to drive and make decisions - develop metrics and measures where gaps exist
  • Work closely with the team and Product Owner to ensure the team follows Agile / DevOps best practices
  • Maintain high level consistency of service by setting and enforcing standards and controls.
  • Work with the team and appropriate Product Owner(s) to establish and manage capital budget.
  • Ensure that system performance and capacity are monitored
  • Direct efforts to proactively address performance and capacity issues
  • Prepare reports on administration best practices, new technologies, etc., and recommend enhancements and configuration changes to improve and optimize the environment


Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
  • 1 + years in a team leadership, supervisory, or management role
  • 6 + years of experience as an application administrator or engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong project management skills
  • Have worked in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Embraces change, has passion and strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, can foster teamwork, and displays honesty and integrity in all situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other related field is preferred for this position.
  • Technical design and architecture experience
