About the job

This position is needed to own coordination between within TM teams as well as across the broader People Team, helping to ensure all key projects and initiatives are supported from an operational perspective, including creating necessary communications when appropriate. Reporting to the VP Talent Management, this position is critical in supporting the successful implementation of TM initiatives and in ensuring processes are streamlined within the TM organization. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization

  • Document processes and project plans

  • Own project management and coordination of TM projects in support of the TM BPM’s.  Look for ways to creatively improve processes and communication within the team.

  • Consider the “customer” when improving processes, communicating updates, and managing projects.

  • Ensure the consistent exercise of appropriate judgment and discretion at all times.

Required:

  • 7+ years experience in large scale project and/or product team; experience in HR is a plus but not required

  • Strong preference for someone with prior experience in project management at a technology (software) company

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand how internal functional teams work together to achieve a shared goal

  • Ability to understand nuances within each function and work with appropriate people to streamline processes effectively

  • Technically savvy and experience with various communication tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $90,320.00 - $124,190.00

  • Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
