TA Team Manager-Experienced Consulting
Location: open to cities that are home to an RSM US office with a preference for Minneapolis, Dallas, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta
Position Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of experienced consulting recruiters to ensure that RSM attracts and hires the best talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute our vision and strategy to meet the needs of the Consulting Line of Business
- Supports in driving forward-thinking TA strategies for their specific line of business/focus area
- Continually focuses on requisition prioritization and ensures a laser-focus on the most critical hiring needs
- Collaborates with TA counterparts to review recruiter capacity and understand goals/needs of each respective LOB to ensure strong degree of collaboration and innovation; ensures sharing of candidates, prospects, best practices
- Continually reviews recruiter metrics and other key data in order to determine progress and areas of opportunity
- Works with the TA Operations team to review hiring results, data and analytics in order to inform TA strategy
- Maintains focus of team around operational excellence
- Closely connected with respective LOB/market/regional leaders
- Develops deep relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Provides regular updates and market intelligence to key leadership stakeholders
- Acts as a true SME with industry and workforce trends, and translates them to proactive recruiting strategies
- Relentlessly builds and promotes the firm brand in the external marketplace
- Leads the search for strategic hiring needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 6-8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience with recruiting technologies and programs with an understanding of recruiting life cycle
- Proven track record leading and developing a high-performing team of TA professionals
- Proven track record in project/change management and methodologies/tools
- Demonstrated experience with planning & prioritization, risk identification & management, and time & productivity management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities are required with extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to influence and resolve operational issues
- Critical thinking and judgment
- Agility and adaptability
