Systems Operations - nCino and Salesforce Administration

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Summary

The Administrator is integral to the planning, operations and ongoing deployment of the nCino loan underwriting and Salesforce platforms, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of all users. This role will be dedicated to developing, maintaining, and improving the processes, efficiency and user adoption of the platform. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure that the systems developed will reflect the bank's policy and credit culture, approval authorities, and desired operational workflow to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

This position will be a key member of the System Operations team serving as a Subject Matter Expert and nCino & Salesforce Administrator. Primary responsibilities include end user support and training through case queue management and hypercare support meetings. The nCino & Salesforce Administrator tests new nCino/Salesforce releases, enhancements and bug fixes. As a subject matter expert, this person will work with technology on identifying and assisting with troubleshooting bugs, including the creation of user stories that identify the steps to reproduce and impacted records. Participate as a Subject Matter Expert on special projects providing solutions to business problems, and system configurations according to requirements while gaining insight on the company's end to end process and workflow. This professional will work with the broader System Operations team on data monitoring and remediation as well as configurations of nCino & Salesforce as approved and needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Salesforce/ nCino user base around day-to-day activities including configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform.
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve end user problems in an effective, timely and courteous manner.
  • Gather requirements, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
  • Assist with the institution's data maintenance including auditing and diagnosing data integrity issues and completing bulk imports of data.
  • Perform intermittent application testing of new Salesforce/nCino releases, bugs and enhancements.
  • Participate in the evolution and configurations planned for the Bank as part of our roadmap.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees. Assist in communicating change management for the system.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business intelligence, processes improvements and efficiencies and new functionalities.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Information Systems, Business or equivalent field



  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/nCino administrator
  • General lending knowledge encompassing a wide range of loan types, including CRE, C&I and construction lending, and basic knowledge of SBA and consumer lending a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or nCino certifications preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Rapidly adapts to changing information, conditions and/or unexpected obstacles

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)

Working Conditions

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
