About The Team
The Omni ASP Team is a team of project managers, product experts and technical staff that provides analysis, design, and technical support for Omni customers for whom we host applications. These applications support the back-office management of retirement systems as well as front end interfaces for retirement plan sponsors and participants. Team members are in multiple countries and work with many other FIS groups, customers, and vendors across the globe to support a changing retirement systems landscape.
What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Systems Administrator will be working with customers and internal teams to perform such tasks as designing customized solutions, daily technical support, trouble shooting, monitoring of systems. This role may involve leading a small team on small to medium sized projects.

• Work with customers and other FIS groups to develop custom solutions for Omni ASP customers
• Install Omni software
• Trouble shoot Omni Software
• Provide daily support for customers and other FIS groups
• Manage Small projects

• Ability to install and trouble shoot software
• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed for special projects

Added Bonus If You Have

• Ability to do Windows and Unix Shell scripting
• Knowledge of Omni Software suite
• Retirement Systems Industry experience
