About the team:
The role of the FIS Omni Application Services Provider (ASP) is to host FIS developed applications for customers in FIS datacenters. Services include the hosting and support of Omni applications on Windows, AIX and Linux platforms, monitoring and execution of job schedules / nightly cycles, application upgrades and 24 x 7 production support.Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.
What you will be doing:
The Senior Systems Administrator will be working with customers and internal teams to perform such tasks as designing customized solutions, daily technical support, troubleshooting and monitoring of systems. This role may involve leading a small team on small to medium sized projects.

• Work with customers and other FIS groups to develop custom solutions for Omni ASP customers
• Install and configure Omni software
• Configure job schedules utilizing standard toolsets
• Troubleshoot Omni software
• Provide daily support for customers and other FIS groups
• Manage Small projects

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong organizational, team building, technical, and communication skills
• Ability to install and trouble shoot software
• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well with customers and vendors
• Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed for special projects

Added bonus if you have:

• Ability to do Windows and Unix Shell scripting
• Knowledge of Omni Software suite
• Retirement Systems Industry experience
