About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional System Administrator to support our Workforce Management Team. The administrator is responsible for the overall support and administration of key tools and systems used by Robinhood’s CX organization. In addition, the role will include development of business requirements to enhance existing systems and working with support teams to ensure the development and implementation of improvements.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Serving as the system administrator and content expert for Salesforce, Twilio and other supporting Workforce systems
  • Working with external and internal support groups to champion system enhancements and greater efficiency within the Workforce Team
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with our support partners
  • Creating and maintaining user accounts, profiles / permissions
  • Working cross functionality to facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new support agents
  • Ensuring user data and customer service case records are maintained with accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other supporting systems
  • Solving system issues to isolate and diagnose problems for end users
  • Proactively document and optimize the processes specific to your role
  • Staying up to date on enhancements and upgrades to Salesforce and other supporting systems
  • Configure reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Complete bulk imports and exports of data
  • Monitor health of necessary integrations and system coordinations and license count and allocation for various systems

About you:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a system administrator role
  • 1+ years’ of Salesforce experience or Salesforce certification (Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder)
  • Ability to convert business needs into specific programming requirements
  • An understanding of Workforce processes and procedures
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Colorado Residents Only: In accordance with Colorado state law, Robinhood provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target hourly pay rate for this position is $28.70 - $33.65 Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience and certifications. Successful candidates for this role are eligible to participate in Robinhood’s equity plan.
