Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor, Business Process - Cash Operations

FLSA Status (US Only): Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Business Process - Cash Operations will serve as a key member of the leadership team

with assigned recurring activities, to include evaluation and development of process design and

documentation. Responsible for overall management of all due diligence activities. Will support cross

functional projects and initiatives. Responsible for managing day to day activities of staff members.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Manages the Capacity Team, which performs regular reviews of contracts, transaction reporting and overall tracking of customer capacity.
  • Manages the data governance policies and processes for ensuring customer data is current and accurate.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements across the capacity and data governance areas.
  • Understand how customer data is being used through the organization and support various efforts to align or cleanup data via the "Master Interchange" and "Ignite" projects.
  • Work with internal business partners to influence amendments for customers that are over capacity and escalate customers in breach of contract.
  • Ensures development of and compliance with internal SOX control requirements.
  • Coordinates completion of internal and external audit requests.
  • Partner with the Contract Administration and Billing Teams to ensure capacity overages are accurately invoiced on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Support month-end close procedures by ensuring customer data is up to date in near real-time, so that invoicing and software is delivered correctly.
  • Run various reports to ensure there are not any exceptions or issues that need to be addressed prior to close.
  • Oversee Oracle close process for all business units in PPM.
  • Manage team related training materials and SOP's as necessary.
  • Assist with compilation, review, and coordination of Cash Ops Metrics and Business
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of varied experience in payments, financial services, or project/operations field preferred.
  • Practical experience in project management, systems integration, and/or acquisition integration projects preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop professional staff in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to deliver results and communicate effectively across teams
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) skills
  • Experience with financial systems- Oracle Financials and Salesforce.com preferred

  • Standard work environment
  • Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
