Meeting your future team:Joining Collibra’s Business Systems team

  • The IT Enterprise Applications Team supports Collibra’s Salesforce ecosystem for cross-functional sales and business operations teams to resolve help requests and change requests for Salesforce and Gainsight and related systems integrations. 
  • You will serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and will ensure successful resolution of issues.

IT Business Systems, Support Specialist's at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Own and triage Help Request tickets in our Gainsight and Salesforce instance as well as related third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and configure formulas, rules and automations, fields, page layouts, journey orchestrator, surveys, adoption explorer and other standard functionality within Gainsight.
  • Manage user provisioning and validate system access, permissions, and reporting structure within both Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Own QA and UAT of Change Request releases for Gainsight, Salesforce, and related Integrations such as ZenDesk.

You Have:

  • 2+ years supporting Gainsight and/or Salesforce and out-of-the-box integrations similar to Zendesk.
  • Background in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, and/or IT Business Analyst roles. 
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
  • Experience building Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builders and Flows preferred in Salesforce preferred.
  • Gainsight Administrator Certification preferred.

  • Have a Strong work ethic with daily commitment to high-quality results and delivery excellence. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a partner when escalating complex issues. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting to Collibra’s Manager, Business Systems Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s application portfolio, team structure and common stakeholder use cases and help requests. 
  • Within your third month, you will be owning and supporting the internal Gainsight/Salesforce Case queue to enable business productivity and efficiency.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be owning Change Request tickets during the QA and UAT phases and familiarizing yourself with the Business Requirements Gathering process.
