The SupplyChain Manager is a strategic and operational position, responsible for managingthe Supply Chain Operations End-to-End execution for the North Latin Americanregion (NoLA), this includes Supply Planning (Replenishment and Drop Shipplanning); inbound and outbound transportation, Customs Management; warehouse operations;inventory control; B2B and D2C logistics execution; claims and reverselogistics management; documentation processing and control as well as relationshipmanagement with customers; all of this for Finished Goods as well as SpareParts.
It also mustdevelop and implement the supply chain strategic operating model generatingvalue added to consumers and customers including warehouse footprint, logisticsprocess innovation, lean logistics, continuous improvement initiatives whilemanaging a complex logistics model and multi-country organization set up.
This positionrequires an effective team builder to lead a talent group of employees todelight our final consumer and internal customers.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developmentand Implementation of a logistics strategic operating model adding value to thebusiness and consumers.
- Leadershipskills and people development vision.
- Managementof all inbound and outbound ocean, air and over the road shipments.
- Leanlogistics must be a daily activity.
- SupplyPlanning (Replenishment and Drop Ship).
- 3PLand company managed cross regional warehouse operations control.
- Inventorymanagement and control.
- Driveinnovation and implement projects to fulfill company's business model.
- Inventoryloss prevention programs implementation.
- B2Blogistics execution for make to order and make to stock models; D2C logisticsexecution.
- Managingall supply chain aspects together with regional teams to source from OEM andgroup factories.-CustomsManagement for export and import activities.
- Claimsand Reverse Logistics customer support and control.
- Exportdocumentation control (invoices, BOL's, Certificate of Origin, Packing List,Serial List, Certifications).
- Relationshipmanagement with key suppliers and service providers.
- Serviceand Business performance management.
- Keycommunicator and people leadership skills.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Industrial Engineering, BusinessAdministration, International Trade or Supply Chain graduate degree.
- Preferably with master's degree inAdministration or Supply Chain and/or Certified Supply Chain professional(APICS).
- At least 10 years of Managerialexperience in Supply Chain, including People Leadership.
- Solid knowledge: Inventory Control, Warehousingmanagement, International Logistics, Lean concepts, Foreign Trade, Customs and FreeTrade Agreements.
- Management of indicators for logisticsand business.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
