Supply Chain Gladius UPLC Lead
Job Description

Intel Supply Chain (SC) is looking for a unique individual that can integrate our SC activities and requirements into the Corporate Gladius UPLC Process. Product and technology development teams are looking to the SC to partner with them in the development of our newest technology solutions and through the UPLC process we are sitting with them at the table. This role will play a critical function in outlining our support strategy, the governance model of the UPLC within the SC as well align our SC activities to the UPLC Milestones. The candidate will work with the various functional experts within SC to consolidate the information and represent the SC interests at the various corporate PLC forums. Also, the successful candidate will provide regular updates and escalate issues to the SC senior management, making this a highly visible and critical role in shaping the SC for the future.

As the Supply Chain Gladius UPLC Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Represent and showcase the SC within the corporate Gladius UPLC forum. Activities can include inclusion and/or update of SC requirements of the UPLC Process and ensuring that SC implications are considered as part of Product development.
  • Develop and implement necessary infrastructure including processes, flows and templates to ensure successful governance to the requirements within the SC.
  • Triage Product support request using establish criteria for support while continuously improving support models.
  • Chair, manage and lead the SC-focused forum for management of the Gladius UPLC SC requirements.
  • Influence and align SC and other key internal partners around the committed SC UPLC deliverables while be open to continuous learnings and improvements.
  • Work closely with the SC Product Managers to understand issues they are managing and exploring ways to improve our SC requirements for the future.
  • Step-in, drive and own SC issues in support of Product development deliverables as needed
  • Manage and articulates overall SC UPLC requirement and/or improvements including escalations and updates to senior mgt.
  • Work closely with communications lead to ensure timely updates to SC employees
  • Thorough knowledge of SOC and Platform development processes and product architecture

  • Product design and architecture, incl. capability to map product requirements to fab process nodes and package technology offerings.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product design and architecture, incl. capability to map product requirements to fab process nodes and package technology offerings and/or Internal and External Fab/Test/Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Processes and Flow.


  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Intel's Supply Chain Processes and System.
  • Knowledge of Internal and External Fab/Test/Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Processes and Flow.
