What you will be doing?
This role will specifically focus on developing and implementing a Supplier Management function/program. Key elements of the program will include:

  • Supplier development (innovation, shared goals, etc.)
  • Supplier partnerships (sell to, sell with, sell through, co-development, go-to-market)
  • Governance (vendor relationship owners, category teams, executives, sales/account managers)
  • Performance management (issue resolution, service levels, KPIs/KRIs)


What you will need:
The successful candidate will help design the program, leveraging best practices from internal and external subject matter experts, as well as lead the alignment of activities to support the strategy. Core skills required to be successful in the job include:

  • Deep knowledge of Procurement, Supplier Management, Third Party Lifecycle Management and/or related functions
  • Ability to drive change, anticipate roadblocks, and communicate effectively to stakeholders
  • Experience leading a high-profile program/project/product implementation
  • Strong skills related to analysis, reporting and data synthesis
  • Excellent presentation skills and overall competency in MS Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
