Description and Requirements
The Manager is responsible for leading and day to day management of the Global Diversity Program for Lenovo.
Your responsibilities will include
Supplier Diversity:

• Globally drives the leadership, planning, organizing, and implementation of the supplier diversity programs which includes governance, roles, and organizations (people), process, technology, and data strategies.
• Designs and executes the strategic vision and design of the company supplier diversity program.
• Leads the transformation of the supplier diversity program into a world-class program, delivering year over year growth in diverse supplier sourcing
• Executes and leads category and regional champions/practitioners to execute against the action plans.
• Effectively oversees the performance of 3rd party service providers, supplier diversity development organizations, and external data partners, supporting the program
• Creates and communicates analytical reports and dashboards to monitor supplier utilization trends and performance to establish goals and objectives
• Monitors and analyzes industry trends, benchmark data and emerging practices and recommends best in class methods of working to senior and executive leadership
• Ensures alignment with Lenovo's global Inclusion and Diversity efforts
• Ability to travel to conferences and sourcing events

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources,
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement full lifecycle
• 3+ years of Project and Program Management experience in a matrixed environment

Preferred skills and experiences

• Master's Degree in Business, Data Science, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources
• 5+ years of relevant experience is Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development, Public Administration, or Supplier Diversity.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, sourcing project management and supplier or customer relationship management.

Business Intelligence and Data Analytics program management experience. Strong Systems and tools: Data Analytics tools, MS Excel, Word, and SAP Ariba.
