Study Specialists manage FA Trainee's performance and provide consulting to supplement our vendor in order to help FA trainees Onboard for their Securities Licensing Exams (SIE, Series 7 Top-Off, and Series 66 exams) in an 8-week period. Study Specialists are considered SIE, Series 7 and 66 content experts, providing support for these exams by answering incoming questions through the Study Line and making proactive calls to trainees they are managing. They manage performance by communicating performance expectations/requirements, monitoring and evaluating performance, mitigating risk and holding trainees accountable to the study program. Specialists are also responsible for communicating with regional leaders, directing trainees through insurance licensing and the distance learning process.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Process management experience preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
  • 3 plus years of teaching/training experience or equivalent degree preferred
  • 1-2 years training or performance management experience required
  • Series 7 & 66 license obtained within first 10 weeks of hire
