Job Description

The Strategy Operations Manager role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI and reports to the Vice President, Strategy Operations.

This role will manage the planning and execution of key strategic processes, including Business Strategy Reviews, Integrated Business Objectives and Key New Product Roadmaps, as well as manage agendas and processes for the Executive Leadership Team meetings and Extended Executive Leadership Team meetings.

Given the scope of the position, the person in this role will have exposure to all business segments and functions of the Company. This position will have the opportunity to interact and influence at the Vice President and Director level and will also have exposure to the Executive Leadership Team.

The Strategy Operations Manager will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of the annual Business Strategy Review process, including timeline, content, format, attendees, etc.
  • Work with the segments and functions to develop the Integrated Business Objectives and Key New Product Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Coordinate and report progress on the Integrated Business Objectives and Key New Product Roadmaps to key stakeholders on a monthly basis. Provide insightful commentary on performance and understand risks.
  • Prepare relevant materials for the Board of Directors related to Business Strategy Review, Integrated Business Objectives, Key New Product Roadmaps, or other relevant topics.
  • Manage the agendas and content for the monthly Executive Leadership Team Meeting and the quarterly Extended Leadership Team Meeting.
  • Clearly communicate key processes and timelines throughout the Company, ensuring leaders and employees understand the timing and responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership and support on other special projects as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement and peer benchmarking in processes.



Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or another relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of five years of progressive experience in business, strategy, finance or project management roles.
  • MBA Preferred
  • Experience in operationalizing OKRs
  • Experience in competitive intelligence processes
  • Expert oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically and see the big picture (i.e., connect the dots)
  • Ability to succeed in a matrix environment working across multiple functions, businesses, and regions
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
  • An impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics
  • Cultural fluency
