About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager with procurement experience to strategically source steel and aluminum products. This role will coordinate with several teams and interact with our most important suppliers to develop and execute customer sourcing strategies to make Reibus their favorite supplier. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a creative thinker with intense motivation and able to work in an ambiguous environment. You must have a professional demeanor and be able to partner with people at all levels.
Candidate location in Atlanta/Southeast is preferred, but we will consider exceptional candidates across the entire US.
What You'll Do

  • Expand our supplier base: Establish sourcing strategies with a cross-functional team.
  • Manage strategic partnerships: Oversee strategic programs with major steel and aluminum mill customers.
  • Build key relationships: Manage key suppliers to proactively identify, monitor, and optimize opportunities
  • Drive to reach win-win terms: Implement competitive supplier agreements/contracts working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Plan and execute sourcing goals using the OKR format and Stage Gate processes.
  • Measure and report: Create reporting and metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs.

Your Ideal Background
In order to accelerate your impact in the role, you'd be best served to have the following experiences:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Masters Degree in a related field (MBA, Engineering, etc.) PREFERRED
  • 4+ years in sourcing management in B2B or B2C roles.
  • E-commerce and/or Marketplace experience is HIGHLY DESIRED.
  • Steel or Aluminum Industry experience is HIGHLY DESIRED
