In this role, you’ll be asked to get your hands dirty and build, apply advanced data models to your daily routine, and apply new methods to operating while making old habits obsolete. You’ll be asked to step outside of your comfort zone - to think critically across all areas of our business model - both customer facing and across internal operations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building, building, building
- Establishing new operating models to achieve scale
- Conducting hypothesis tests and leading new growth streams from concept to fully operational
- Providing thought leadership through data analysis and business modeling
- Establishing OKRs and detailed plans for strategic company projects
- Lead project teams to execute enterprise wide initiatives while demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking skills, and a sense of urgency
- Complete standard project communications such as blockers logs, risk mitigation alternatives, and implementation plans
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with internal stakeholders & involve the right stakeholders needed to resolve blockers quickly
- Proactively highlight cross-functional gaps and identify strategic initiatives to execute
- Execute on improvements to project management process and organizational efficiency
What you should have:
- A deep desire to empower the skilled trades workforce
- 2+ years working in management or strategy consulting, engineering, or high paced startup / operational environments
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and leverage data to drive solutions
- The superpower to re-architect and optimize systems and eliminate stale processes
- Demonstrated excellence in influencing and managing change across a distributed team
- A passion for process improvement with an approach that encourages innovation, elimination of waste, and efficiency improvements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact
- Strong executive presence with bias to action/execution
- A propensity to take bold bets, and more importantly: the willingness to fail
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to go from zero to one
