About the Job
This position will expand the Channel & Alliances team and is a senior role, so this is an exciting opportunity to help expand Zone's alliances in the marketplace. We're looking for a talented alliance manager (and relationship builder, if we're so lucky) to recruit new partners in the ecosystem, grow the footprint of current partnerships with NetSuite alliance partners, solution providers, and accounting firms. You'll be responsible for building relationships that strengthen the company's brand, position, and strategy to increase Zone's footprint and awareness in the marketplace.You will be considered the main point of contact for our partners and building our network of enabled Zone product consultants outside of the organization. You will help to coordinate all channel sales opportunities and have the fun of engaging in sales opportunities.
Strategic Alliance Manager Responsibilities:

  • E nsuing our Implementation Partners are set up for success by coordinating with critical internal teams like Professional Services, Product, Marketing,
  • Enablement, Support and Sales.
  • Coordinating with Channel PS Team to work through implementation projects and supporting the communication between partners and PS team to ensure
    delivery of a successful project.
  • Understanding and evaluating our existing partnerships with other NS Solution Providers to understand resource capacity, NS expertise and skill, vertical specialty to help our Resourcing and PS teams determine which Zone Billing Projects should go to which partners for implementation.
  • Driving new leads and opportunities from existing partnerships to drive ZAB leads/opportunities.
  • Manage and strengthen existing relationships with VC and PE Firms to ensure Zone Billing is the go-to billing and revenue recognition solution for their portfolio companies.
  • Creating net new partnerships across the NetSuite ecosystem, recruiting new Zone Alliance Partners to become certified and enabled for implementation projects as well as new Resellers both US and Internationally.
  • Work alongside Zone Marketing and Product team to support all the above partnerships with ongoing training, documentation and supporting materials for net new opportunities, as well as ongoing training and support.
  • Driving additional and new consultants to go through enablement training on existing partnerships to increase capacity across our Alliance Partners.


Strategic Alliances Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or self-guided experience in technology consulting, or a
    related field.
  • 5 years of experience working for a technology company or firm in the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Sales or marketing experience (preferably for a technology company).
  • Elite communication skills.
  • Proven successes in a sales or marketing role.
  • Solid knowledge of full technology stack in the NetSuite space, such as CRM, CPQ, and iPAAS.
  • Ability to clearly present business process design and transformation. Vision and storytelling are critical to relating return on investment.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills. It's important to note that Zone & Co is a fully remote company , and this is a remote job.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Zone's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $2,650 annually. Zone will contribute $250.00 per employee.
Disability insurance
Zone's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's annual salary up to a $1,500 maximum weekly payout for 13 weeks. Employees also have the option to purchase extra coverage.
