We are expanding our global equity team and are looking for a talented and driven individual to join as a stock plan administrator. How You’ll Have Impact:

You will work across teams to dig deep into impactful projects and will be the guiding force behind many of the decisions made at the highest levels of the organization to ensure equity compensation is a successful program.

What You’ll Learn:

As the Stock Plan Administrator working on the Equity and Finance Team, you will learn everything and anything about Reddit’s Global Equity Program. You will report to our Head of Equity Programs and work side by side with a world-class org of Technology, Product, and Business practitioners who work together to chart the future of Reddit.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Reddit Global equity plan using the Shareworks by Morgan Stanley equity platform.
  • Manage general daily equity maintenance tasks including processing new equity awards and grant agreements, reviewing equity transactions, employee terminations, and cancellations.
  • Implement best practices and automate workstreams and manual processes to enable efficient, accurate processing of equity data.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to employees, management, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and HR. 
  • Prepare reconciliations to assist in the review of equity and transaction data.
  • Support employee understanding of equity awards and the Company program and policies.
  • Review and generate accurate ad-hoc equity reports.
  • Maintain supporting workbooks for external auditors and respond accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner to requests for data.
  • Assist in equity plan documentation.

Who You Might Be:

  • 2+ years of experience in an equity administration role 
  • CEP Level I preferred.
  • Expertise with global equity programs, multiple equity award types.
  • Experience working with equity software systems; Shareworks experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners.
  • Details and results-oriented with a strong customer and business focus. Experience working with Accounting, Finance, or Investor Relations functions 
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, demonstrate ability to innovate and bias toward action in fast-paced environments
