Summary: Under the direction of the Associate Supervisor, the Stamper/Setup is responsible for the operation of various stamping machines.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Check tooling and material to ensure they match the customer requirements.
  • Locate, assemble, sharpen, and troubleshoot tooling used to process orders per customer requirements.
  • First inspect to ensure that the parts meet the customer specifications.
  • Responsible for end run inspection of parts to ensure produced parts meet customer requirements.
  • To maintain a safe operation of all stamping machines and tools used in the stamping areas.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to use all measuring equipment needed for first piece and end run inspections.
  • Must be mechanically inclined to understand the fundamentals of stamping machine and die operations.
  • General Manufacturing experience preferred.
