Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for an enterprise Robotic Process Automation platform
- Build, configure and manage environments for the RPA platform
- Assist with management of day-to-day operations of the production RPA platform and bot processes running live on that platform
- Assist with managing the onboarding of new bots to RPA platform
- Manage production incidents, including communications to stakeholders, leading troubleshooting efforts, coordination with vendor support team
- Monitoring servers and applications (running processes, monitoring resource usage, viewing application logs etc.)
- Perform daily health checks, ensuring the stability of production environment
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience with support and operations for a business-critical enterprise software applications
- Experience building, configuring and running cloud-based software systems
- Expertise with RPA software platforms preferred
- Python, Java, SQL experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise applications and systems
- Experience investigating and resolving production related issues in a timely manner
- Experience in formal change management processes
- Experience with networks and distributed applications
- Delivery-focused, detail-oriented
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
