About the Role
The key mandate of the US & Canada Eater Operations team is to unlock the next wave of growth for Uber Eats. In this role, you will own a key aspect of user engagement, from strategy to execution. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about finding and executing creative solutions to our most complex problems. You will work closely with our Leadership Team, and drive alignment across the entire organization, including Product, Legal, CRM, Business Development, and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of developing successful growth strategies, designing and executing engagement campaigns, and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do
• Own large-scale projects, run experiments and execute promotional campaigns to drive user engagement• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and CRM to unlock new engagement levers throughout the entire Marketing funnel• Devise investment business cases and recommendations for engagement opportunities based on a rigorous cost-benefit assessment• Develop best-in-class tools, insights, and processes to enable our Territory Operations teams to win their markets• Present analyses and findings to Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners
Basic Qualifications
At least 3+ year of professional experience in Operations Management or Strategy
Preferred Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field• Self-starter with an analytical orientation; compassionate and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; flourishes with change and comfortable with ambiguity• Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as partner management, consensus building, and project management• Exceptional Excel / data management skills• SQL proficiency strongly preferred• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, physics, chemistry, engineering, economics, computer science, operations research)
