Position Summary
As a Sr. Specialist Cyber Security you'll provide direct support for multiple concurrent mergers/acquisitions; provide security technical expertise for markets/factories. Provide support for Architectural Review Meetings, work with network security specifically towards data privacy. You'll also provide support for AMS market security and compliance. You will also be responsible for the identification, evaluation and reporting of information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, aligning with and supporting the risk posture of the enterprise

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts systematic security assessments of) to identify security risks
  • Ensures new products, platforms and solutions are implemented "Secure & Compliant by Design"
  • Develops, maintains and publishes up-to-date security policies, standards and guidelines, and oversees training and dissemination of security policies and practices
  • Works directly with IT Product Managers, BRMs and IT Customers to facilitate business IT risk assessment and risk management processes
  • Provides periodic reporting on the information security program to enterprise risk teams, senior business and IT leaders - in collaboration with the Office of the CIO - as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program
  • Facilitates a metrics and reporting framework in collaboration with the Office of the CIO to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, promoting appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the security
  • Defines and facilitates the information security risk assessment process, including the reporting and oversight of treatment efforts to address findings
  • Provides strategic risk guidance for IT projects and product management, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls
  • Liaises with corporate compliance, audit, legal and HR management teams as required
  • Coordinates the development and implementation of plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event
  • Works with Enterprise Architects to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IT products and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop the business, information and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise information security architecture and solutions
  • Serves as a security expert in DevOps, application development, infrastructure design and deployment, database design, network and/or platform (operating system) efforts,
  • Contributes to the alignment of security governance with EA governance and product and other portfolio management

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience
  • 5+ years of security experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs and 4+ years of experience must be in a senior leadership role.
  • 5 years of experience in security background (CISSP), network experience, incident response experience, risk management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of Public Cloud experience.
  • Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
