Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Senior Program Manager, to join our Supply Chain Execution and Planning team based in Dania Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will develop and lead the S&OP/Fulfillment Network Planning cadence in partnership with Operations and Supply Chain teams for Chewy’s Specialty Fulfillment Network such as Fresh/Frozen, Pharmacy etc. From demand planning to inventory placement, capacity management to site launches, this candidate will take an owner’s approach to our network planning and performance optimization domain. Strong candidates will have a history of success in designing operations and supply chain processes preferably in an e-commerce industry, delivering tangible results, and turning ideas into reality with smart and effective solutions. They are excited by an opportunity to "roll up their sleeves" on a variety of initiatives and will leap at the chance to guide business strategy through the collection and synthesis of complex data. They operate thoughtfully, independently, and decisively in high-stakes situations.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Fulfillment Network S&OP Planning and Execution management processes to support the long-term, mid-term and short-term resource planning and solve for the Supply Chain and Operations constraints.
  • Lead the daily and weekly planning review calls with operations and supply chain leaders.
  • Work with cross functional teams to drive planning and execution process improvements that will reduce planning errors, improve planning decisions, and optimize for network performance.
  • Optimize the planning of flows of inventory (Inbound, Outbound, FC-FC transfers etc.) to achieve the highest levels of quality, speed, and cost for Chewy fulfillment network.
  • Build the ramp plans and manage the execution of ramp plans to support resource planning for new fulfillment center launches, peak planning and other specific events through the year
  • Continuously improve key end-to-end planning performance indicators from Forecast MAPEs to customer on-time delivery
  • Performing creative analysis using incomplete data to answer strategic business questions and support planning program development
  • Communicating strategic and tactical decisions and fulfillment network performance updates to a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive-level sponsors.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of program management experience in the supply chain and/or logistics domain
  • 3+ years of S&OP planning and/or Integrated Business planning
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Advanced analytical skills and business judgment
  • Basic technical skills with proficiency in use of SQL
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • Master's degree (including MBA) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field
  • Expert level skill with industry-standard analytical and tools, including SQL and Tableau
